Passive Racism

if we all understood our history

we would be more socially connected

right now it all feels like an ancient mystery

world fuelled by power and hatrid

how can we point the blame on one entire religion

for one group of people who destroy lives

far in the distance

we pass around these judgements like we understand the culture

racist towards others who aren't 

"our own"

yet book holidays to take images of their infrastructure

it's an unjust land

passive discrimination

heads buried far in the sand

global segregation

humiliation of an entire population

when will this end?
